This Subway is close to the beach behind the Hilton. Our family has hit this location up for a few years while on vacation and have enjoyed it. Parking in the lot is a challenge with a grocery and other stores in the area. A lot of traffic appears to be foot from nearby businesses. There is also street parking in front of the building. On every occasion we visited we found the dining room to be clean, including the restrooms. Service at the counter has been prompt, even with a line they move it along quick. Our orders have always been correct as well. If there is any criticism it is the employees that get the job done, but often with out going out of there way to be friendly. So maybe smiles are in short supply when your interacting with staff, but they get the job done and are attentive to your needs. I am probably a 3.5 and rounding down due to staff that could stand to interact and be more friendly with customers.

Unhappy worker made my sub. They would be out of business if they used a photo of the ham sub they gave me. I won't be back to this location.

Best Subway I ever been in and I visit a lot of them all over the USA. Very clean. Employees extremely courteous and helpful. Food was standard for a Subway but the nice employees warranted doing a review.

I love subway - healthy fresh and ... well this one is not I have never been excited by the way their food is displayed - looks sloppy and food looks dry ... On May 1st I went in with the hubby and almost left again because the display looked so bad meat was drying out and vegetables well blahhhhhhhhhhhh I ordered the 6" ham and turkey toasted, hubby got 12" roast beef. I had not eaten anything this day was really looking forward to a sandwich - when we got home I was not even impressed with the flavours so I took the turkey off ... I think I ate maybe 1/2 of my 6" - well folks this is my first experience with food poisoning - started at midnight and lasted for two days ... I have my receipt and have not written to the head office yet because I had company here from Toronto but they will hear from me... They need staff that is happy to be there not intimidating when customers come in and they really need to show more care with the food they are serving ... Publix apparently in the same plaza serves sandwiches and always fresh - will not be going back!!!!!!!

Apparently I'm not the only one who has gotten very rude treatment in this Subway. Last night there was a pair of racist blacks working. They could not have been any more mean spirited, rude, careless, or unprofessional. The comment line is 727-723-3771 x400. I left a comment on the VM. Do yourself a favor and avoid this Subway, it's not worth the racism you'll get from the "sandwich artists".

Went there during the lunch rush hour and was impressed at how fast I was attended along with everyone else. The assembly line was surprisingly fast with four workers. Tried their $4 special, ordering a cold-cut combo with mayo, pickle, lettuce and tomato. A 21 ounce drink is included. This big and tasty sandwich filled me for hours after relaxing there watching television while I enjoyed it. A clean pleasant place with fast friendly service.
